I'm not smart enough to add the link (well, I'm really just to lazy to learn), but you can search ebay 914/6 and find the red beast. I like to be different sometimes too. I don't understand what the creator of this car was thinking.

Oh and the engine is SUPER OBNOXIOUS loud without that rear window--which begs the Q how does air flow to the engine?

If you know who owns this car, let them know that I don't want them to think I'm making fun of them. I'm just can't figure out why they would pick a 914 to do this to.. Did they start rebuilding it and then win the lotto?

I was wondering that myself.
It's not my taste, but it looks like the conversion was well executed.

Sure looks like a 944 under all that plastic, to me. Not a 914.

And what kind of shape the /6 was in, if one was sacrificed. Custom, like that, is not my thing, and i'm not crazy about the slanted slits on the lights, but it's not nearly as bad as some others we've seen.

I believe that car was done for a pro athlete with lots of $$. May not be my favorite, but at least he started with a 914, so there is some credit due there.
