Found a replacement for ye old drain hose at Osh hardware Store. They sell 20' lengths of irrigation hose for $25.

The existing hoses seemed a little short. They went through the tin ok but exited above the heat exchanger. In any case I cut them on the long side so they will drain near the bottom of the rocker panel.

Here's some pics of what the hose looks like........

Didn't have the right tool to control those%*$@& clamps; went with NARP hose clamps.

Just find an old pair of pliers and take a rat tail file to them. Make a nice little groove down the center of the jaws and it'll hold it well. thumb3d.gif

Like lengthwise ? Or across the jaws ?
