Did a search for "injector flow rate" but got nuthin'. Couldn't find anything in my manuals, either. Does anyone know the stock injector flow rates in cc/minute?

This is a pretty comprehensive list, but they don't list the 914 injectors.

Yellow (1.7L) - 265 cc/min @ 2.0 Bar, 3V, 0.15 mm ± 0.05 mm lift
Green (2.0L) - 380 cc/min @ 2.0 Bar, 3V, 0.15 mm ± 0.05 mm lift

going by memory, the stock 2.0 injectors flow enough for something like 250 hp or more !!!!

Search for Bosch # 0-280-150-105...it would appear that is the injector...maybe

upon looking at the site again, the only numbers I'd trust are the 1.8 flow rates since they are what I've seen on reputable L-jet sites...they show a 2.0 having the same flow and it is a known fact they flow a lot more than the 1.8 or 1.7 injectors

Lists the parts along with their VW and Bosch part numbers. For example, the green 2.0L injectors can be part number 0 280 150 019 or 0 280 150 038, depending on the year.

I have a SDS EM-2D and I'm thinking of replacing my stock D-jet with it, and was reading about flow rates from the instructions and was simply curious, thus the questions.

Here's another list, but I think the data are similar. Common to both lists is the fact that the measuring pressure is 3 Bar, or 43.5 lb/sq in, not 2 Bar. Also, most of the early Bosch injectors are either 265 or 380 cc/min. I've wondered what the differences really are that justify different part numbers. Hose config is one- straight vs. elbow or length thereof, but that's all I can imagine. Impedance of the coil could be another- high or low (ours are low). Color is another difference, but that hardly justifies a different part number.

I'm using an aftermarket (Niehoff not Bosch) version of the -036. Listed as for Volvo and Mercedes 4.5L. That seems about right as the MB 4.5L engine is .56L per cylinder, vs. our .50L per cylinder, and they're both listed at 380 cc/min. The price was right at $49.99 each brand new from PartsAmerica.com .

Also, this chart projects HP/injector @ 3 Bar, which is 53HP for the smaller (265 cc) and 76HP for the larger (380 cc/min) units. That's 304HP across 4 cylinders!!!

I think the 2.0L injectors can support alot more engine size. Even with Djet I can adjust the MPS to a serious rich AFT of 10 to 1 pretty easy on a 2056.

FWIW, I just had my 2.0 injectors cleaned and flowed at Witchhunter. The flow test results they sent me for my 4 injectors: 406cc, 408cc, 410cc, and 408cc at 43.5psi.
