can i fit a 2" strap through the spoke of a western wheel?

i need to trailer a car that has some, and need to know if my strap will fit through the wheel.
The opening looks roughly the same size as a fuch, so if it is, i shouldn't have a problem.

It's a pretty small opening, but if you dont have any kind of metal clasp on the end of the strap ( if it's just clothe/nylon ect) you'll be ok.

You should be fine since the hole is more than 2" at the wider end.
