I will be in Denver all next week no car but staying in downtown. Any ideas for things to do at night. Never stayed in Denver before I was always heading about an hour outside of town.
Up for a meet an greet if the timing works out?

ya, maybe somewhere convenient like boulder
lots of bars downtown. 16th street has a free shuttle that takes you up and down the Mall. Check out Larimer square too (1 block off of 16th street)

Grady, when exactly will you be here? There's sports stuff going on but it's on the weekends... I'm not sure what Brian means by cooler - it's going to definitely be shorts weather next week. 50's in Denver=shorts or people will think you're from CA.
Greg, actually I think we should have dinner near Brant... he never gets a turn!

Supposed to be a little bit of snow next Tuesday or so. Toss a couple of pairs of shorts and t-shirts in your bag. 50-60 and sunny is damn nice weather around here (especially in a topless 914).
I think it's snowed more this fall already than it did all last winter down here in town.

Definitely be prepared for both warm (50's-60's) and cold (20's) weather. And possibly on the same day.
A meet and greet (and grog) is always a good thing!

Gumbo's has great cajun
dixon's is good for comfort food
if you like books, check out the tattered cover
i will be down there a couple of times this week.
i park in the same garage as the Oxford valet guys (those guys are dangerous)
morton's and sullivans steak house is close
common grounds has a hot chick at the counter who was once on survivor
The wynkoop is a pretty decent brewery
and illegal pete's blows Chipotle away

Grady, still wanna try do meet up for dinner? If yes:
1) do you want to stick in LoDo or try the "other end" of the 16th street mall?
2) where have you been so far?
3) do you prefer tonight or tomorrow?
Actually, who besides Mike and I are all available to go downtown for dinner if we meet up around 6:30 and which day?
