hey so one of the members sold me some relays- the headlights work now- the pump worked for a little bit- but now doesnt. i checked the sockets and 30 had 12 volts, 85 had 12 volts when switched and 87 had 11-12 ohms of resistance to the pump? the connector at the pump shows no voltage across the connector when first tuning key or cranking? any ideas?

any ideas?

how clean (or not) is your relay board?
the relay itself can easily be tested by switching it with a headlight relay ...

if your relay board is in bad shape, there's a couple of threads here on how to rebuild them ...

PS: also, make sure the FI brain is connected as it is what's switching the relay for the pump ...
