Where was the fuel pump located on the original 914-6?
Was this the pump?
Thanks

The "early" Bosch fuel pumps for the D-Jet, L-Jet, MFI, and carbs all look like this.
The factory fuel pump location for the 914-6 is the same as the 4's.

Did the 914-6 use a pressure regulator?
Early 911 Porsche's used the Hardi pump. Later 911 carb'd models used the 911 608 107 00 pump ... probably also used on the 914-6.
Was this pump internally regulated like the Hardi pump. The 911 608 107 00 pump was plumbed with a return line to the tank.

Best to check the PN. The original 6 pump was under the chassis, below the battery, just like the EFI pump. The Cap'n
