...beautiful day for a drive in Northern NJ...hopefully not one of this Fall's last.. came across this decoration. From the condition of it, it's been there for some time.
...I guess the closest I'll ever get to a barn find in Jersey.

There is air in at least one tire How long do they last out in the open there before they rot?

...I'm guessing that tire and the windshield are about the only things left of value on the tub.
I give that car about one more winter before it crumbles. You could actually see thru the fenders....swiss cheese...

I wish I took more pics....folliage past it's peak, but still beautiful....it would have been good to share more of the "other" Jersey...the one you don't see too often. Bergen County up by me is nothin' but farms and mountains....well, maybe just hills...

what is it an old austin healy? looks like it is pretty much junk, but there may be a few good parts on that 914.

MGA. That's sad...
Here's an MGA and a Healey. Both of these cars were barn finds. Some are just better than others.

I think it is...couldn't tell from any markings. Just had a "1600" marking on it.

definitly an MGA. I knew too people in college that owned them. One of the first sports cars I got to ride in. They are low, noisy, and very fun. They actually leak more than a 914 in the rain!

As an MGA lover (Abigail my first love ) that makes very sad.
I agree though... probably not much there that you could work with.
