These parts came with my restoration project car. I'm pretty sure that they are the rear trunk lid hinge brackets. However, there are a couple of differences between these parts and the stock parts.

The stock brackets are open on the top and bottom. These replacement brackets are closed on the bottom. They would look just like the stock brackets if they did not have the bottom metal section below the white line in the pic.

One other difference is that the hinge bolt size is smaller on the replacement brackets compared to the bolt holes on my 73. Were 2 different size hinge bolts used on these cars?

Are these the correct replacement parts to use for the rear trunk lid hinge bracket?

Yes, they will work.

The correct bolt has a shoulder for the arm to pivot on. The shoulder is somewhat larger than the threaded portion of the bolt.
The part you pictured is the new and improved version.
