So, I got a qt of phoshoric acid. I am going to spray it with a garden sprayer... that works, right?

What happens if I let it drool down inside the cowl/fender joints? I have inspected them from all angles, light film of rust at the edges (inside).

What does this stuff do to paint?

I am trying to protect any exposed metal areas, just for 6 months or so.

I'd like to thank my guardian angel for fixing the BBS, as I was stuck in a login loop for the last 2 hours.
