Full Version: will the 912E injector work on my 70 1.7 liter?
hey found a 912E injector stocked here, and am going to go buy it- one of my injectors was stuck, and another one cracked.... cleaning them all right now, but this injector is only 43 bucks.... will it work? it flows 187 cc min i read. my 1.7 flows 265 cc min (which is crazy!!!)

The 912E is LJET, your 1.7 is going to be a DJET.
The connectors are even different, IIRC
well good thing i asked before buying it! are there any other injectors that work that are common enough to find at an auto parts store?
