and/ or how many miles can you go before she just stops running..

and/ or until the fuel pump starts buzzing loudly...

I'm running CIS on a /6 conversion if that makes any difference.

Sounds like something that may vary from car to car. I know I can go better than 30 miles once the light starts to flicker, and still have a gallon in the tank/lines.That's on a 1.7 /4 tho. Maybe you should put a full gas can in the front trunk, and check it out for certain. That way you *really know* what your car does.

the number 5 Liter comes to mind, not completely sure, but i think that's what i read ...

i had heard 2.5 gal, which is around 6 liters, isnt it?

3.78L = 1 gal

so about a gallon and a half

Someone here in a old post said 2.5 gallons.

agree.gif Did a test once to see how far I could go after the red light came on; 35 miles. Could prolly gone further if it just freeway driving.

Thanks for the answers guys, I'll probably do my own experiment like was suggested... I just have visions of being stuck on a long bridge during bumper to bumper traffic, the kind where you move 2 car spaces at a time.. during my test. Even if the light just came on I'd be nervous as heck!! lol
