Hi guys,
I am just wondering if it is possible to do a suby swap and have air conditioning?

Sure, why not? You arleady will be cutting the trunk for a radiator, you can put your condenser up front iwith it. You will probably have to fab a mouting bracket if the stock unity will not fit. For inside the car you can use the AC fan assy from another 914.

Been there, done that, got the tee shirt (and the A/C).

It is also possible to keep everything behind the dash, and blow through the factory vents. It's MAJOR custom work though.

I bought it through Renegade but it's a Southern Air unit. Heat and cold.
