Can anyone give me a quick measurement to locate the lower mount?I don't have the engine lid in or stock springs to help me figure out how high up the trunk should raise. Ready to drill... smash.gif

Steve put the shock on the upper mount, remove the lock ring first. Then lower the lower end of the shock to the side of the trunk, position the lower bracket and mark with a Sharpie. This will give you the location to drill at.
If you need me to I can fax or send an instruction sheet.

I have the upper mounts on, but don't really know what the full range of opening the hood should be in order to place the bottom mount. That's kind of where I'm stuck. I have the instructions you included.

This reminds me I need to send you $. smile.gif

I did not have my trunk lid on when I mounted mine, I put the hinge in the maximumn open position, attached the shox with the trunk base mount attached and located it accordingly. It worked fine.
