Although, it's sportin' different body work than usual. Maybe it's the early Schlesser car. It was Porsche powered at first if I recall, then they went to a Renault later on...

Nope, not the Schlesser car. It's Ford powered and this is a current competitor.

Looks like #425 is this guy, Philippe Monnet.
He was Schlessers co-driver in 1999 though.
The Buggy is an SMG original built by Philippe Gache. Gache was #330 this year and I believe the only mono-buggy to finish, thus he won his class. (31st overall)

Schlesser actually finished third overall in the car categories this year.
