Do you need to weld a special size tube to a low cost base to get the right fit for a low cost? Or if you have a used one for sale.

Thanks,

What is the stand for? Are you splitting the case? Cleaning it up?

If you're not splitting the case, then you can use a Harbor Freight stand just fine.

For sure cleaning it up changing to Carrera Chain Tensioners and late idler arms. As I need to flip it around to work, remove the sheet metal changing the tubes it needs to be very solid. This motor has sat for 16 years. It has 20,000 Miles on the 2.5s motor. I have a 50/50 that I may split the cases.
