I'll start... I saw this in a scrap truck today. Only thing I can think of is that it was a prop from Jaws 2 (or 3) which was partly filmed at Sea World here in Orlando. My wife said there was a bunch of mechanical crap underneath that she noticed as we drove by.

Did they update the chassis for the Z4? The Z3 was known as having a lot of tortional flex, not to mention looking like a pram and feeling like a baby 3 series.
