Can I use this to repair a long if there is no original long metal underneath???

I don't think it will be long enough to cover the whole section I had to chop out.

Well that goes from the front end of the long to basically where there is a transition from horizontal and angling up to the shock tower.
So you get both pieces.

If you went farther back then that...you need the second piece.
