put the line diagonally though the equal sign.
4+5+6 is not equal to 451!

It looks like there are TWO solutions!!!
4+5+6≠451
and 445+6=451

If you negate the equal sign you now make this a statement and not an equation......Kinda the evil trick to the whole thing......

One could ALSO argue the following...
Your instructions said to "Add one straight line to this equation to make it true"
As a matter if semantics, you did not state to make it a true equation.
I did make the equation true... I made it a true statement.
