Replacing my fiberglass bumpers with my freshly chromed ones but don't have the bolts. Anybody know what size they are?

Up through 1974 they were M8 x 1.25, 40 mm long.

Cant give you specific, but it is the same 13mm head/thread that is used everywhere else.
Length...well use a tape measure to verify, but I am gonna say 2 inches maximum.
So, bring a nut with you to the store, any standard case nut will do, its the same thread, and you can verify that by taking a case bolt out and threading it into the bumper.

I used some exhaust studs and nuts I had laying around. They are the right thread and length. You can start the studs in the bumper, making it easy to "hang" it on the car, and then reach around to start the nuts.
