Yes, looks like Scarlet Red, L31M, only in '75-76. Needs buffing. My avatar is same color. Mine looked "pink" with oxidation when I got it.
My 75 is scarlett red as well. I like it better than my 74 Bahia red. It can look a little pinky in the right light.
