On my 3.2 motor there are some rubber mounts that are almost like fuel pump mounts.
Round rubber things with a threaded rod through the middle
How to remove these without damaging them?

The threaded rod does not go through. The thraded part is welded to the flat discs on each end, which are bonded to the rubber in the middle.
I would try to grasp the edges of the metal disc (on the end the is threaded into the manifold) as gently as possible with channelocks.
Gentle heat and penetrant can't hurt.
