I'm going to mount a spoiler like the one below and was wondering where to locate it on the trunk. Is there a standard reference point to use like X distance from the edge of the deck lid, etc?

Don't mess with that little thing, go big or don't go at all.

PLEASE don't do it.

Mine is about a 1/2 inch from the edge. I placed it so that it looked best on the trunk lid. It seemed to fit the best where it is located.

i've seen them as far as 2" in. I like them best closer to the edge (like Spokes pictured above)

BTW Spoke, i LOVE the Camo fender... Very cool, do the whole car in that paint scheme...LOL

section it so it doesnt over hang the lid, and scratch your paint.

check out sir andy's ducktail. it is no wider than the rear lid.
