Anyone have a pic where & how the Tab washer connects on the clutch cable by the pulley .can't tell to well from the books ,Thanks ps whats it purpose?

Bends around the shroud and hooks into the hole in the shroud***.

Keeps the sheath from pulling out of it's mount (sideways)......kinda.
