I have a potential buyer from Australia for my engine. Trying to get a shipping estimate together for him. Anybody have an idea of the weight of the beast?

If you google for "engine weights" this is the first hit:

Says 265# for a /4, 280# for a /6.

Thanks Skip. The chart says 311 pounds for a VW type 4... wonder why the large difference.
