Full Version: Where did they go?
My buddy just got back from the Porsche museum in Germany, and said that there were no 914's on display. All fine and dandy, but where did they go?
Why would they take those out of the museum? That suck 
maybe they got into trouble with vw displaying an image of vw's registered trademark, and had to remove the cars from display! Serves them right.
I've read that since the current museum in stuttgart is so small, they rotate cars through it on a regular basis...they are in the process of designing/building a much bigger/better museum there! 
Maybe they are rusting out next to a garage in the California desert?
Porsche had to make room for "Porsche's first mid-engined road car".............

They kinda sorta have controlling interest in VW now
Check the VW museum.
They rotate them. The Dr.s 8 was there when I toured the "hallway".
