Just like it says. Has any one seen or know who makes them?
I was rekeying my door locks when I found one installed in my drivers side door handle. I need to pick up one more for the pass side. I'll post some pics later today.

I have never seen one. The only ones I know of are factory pot metal.

We of course have made this part in nylon 11 since 1979 and guarantee it for life.

If you're talking about the part that rides up and down I have seen those in bronze. I think I have one, I'll check. I don't think it's a good idea tho'. You want that part to be the weak link otherwise the arms (?) are what take the stress and end up breaking. More expensive to replace. I'll send a pm when I find it.
