One hour to take-off bump. Where is everybody? With only two cars we'll be able to get out quick and not have to worry about anybody getting lost!

You guys missed out. Great run. We even got to hall ass part of the way down the mountain despite the heavy weekend traffic. Awesome weather. And the carb'd 914 made it all the way up to the summit parking area at 14,100 with NO trouble at all.

I dig 14k tundra flora and fauna. See that white thing on the leaf tip? Again, summer snow flake at 14k feet. They were the oddest little pyramid shape today.

I am extremely jealous. I haven't been up Mount Evans in 15 years. I guess I will have to settle for the Alps sometime this year. Looks like a great time.
