Haven't seen a sofa, but I did once see a fellow make a neat trailer out of the back half of a MGB, I imagine you could do it with a 914 as well. Could make an excellent auto-x trailer.

I have one about 75% completed. Although NO photos until it is FINISHED. I also built a Bar out of the rear end of a 914. I do not have the photos on hand,but if you do a search here you should find them.
