I'm a fairly new owner of a 74 2.0 and this is my first 914. To make a long story short i was at an autocross event, hit a cone and broke the exhaust pipe right at the muffler. I need to by a new exhaust system and i'm leaning towards a bursch system but am wondering were the best place to get one is. It seems prices vary between 239.00 all the way to 280.00. Just curious if anyone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

How did you manage to do that?
Those must be some cones you were using
As for the exhaust, if you want something cheap, try the classifieds on here
Post a WTB add for what you want and see what happens
Besides that, there are the usual retailers (Pelican, AutoAtlanta, GPR, etc.)
