cant go into 4th or 5th

Disconnect the shifter at the firewall. See if you and get into all gears at the tranny. My guess is that you can. If so it is the usual suspects..Cone screws, bushings or shifter adjustment. There may be other causes but that is what comes to mind first.

for starters, double check the bolt length where coupling piece on the bottom of the shifter meets the front shift rod or you need to rotate the same piece on the front rod a tad. if you had all forward gears prior to the install, you should have them now.
