I just noticed that my Mas Cyl switch is damaged.
i'm wondering if a replacement switch is worth the $35 cost ...

I have read in a past post, that the switch indicates low pressure ONLY once pedal is de-pressed, by which time you already know brakes are gone.

Is that all this switch is about ?

Its a DOT requirement for saftey reasons. Its to let you know either the front are
back brakes failed.
