Since the constant 12V to the radio has a built-in fuse, you can connect it to any of the fuse panel wires that come directly from the battery. Check your vehicle wire schematic to find a suitable wire to piggyback onto.

Once you decide which fuse wire to piggyback, remove the fuse and check which side has voltage. This is the side from the battery.

You can either use an un-used lug on the back of the fuse panel and put a connector on the wire, or use an existing wire, carefully strip back the insulation on the wire, wrap the radio wire on this, solder, and tape. Try to avoid the crimp type connectors as these are not as electrically secure as soldering.

For the Ign/Acc wire, find one of the switched fuses and pick the side of the fuse such that the fuse is between the wire and the battery.

Before touching the fuse panel or making connections, do remember to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery and wrap it with a cloth to make sure it doesn't settle back towards the battery post and reconnect while you're working.
