installing these these solid tranny mounts this weekend. never done this before, where do these go?

here's a pic of my mounts now...i know that bottom piece is upside-down
i just don't see how these are going to fit...


anyone care to enlighten me?

yeah like that, in the pic. however I recomend using the cup washer/safety catch whatever doohicky.
