Installing some Jenvey TB's and have run into a bit of a problem. The linkage rods are too short. It never reaches full throttle with rods adjusted at full length. I have a few ideas as to what to try, but wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and what was done to fix it.

Thanks,
Rob

Redrill the little arms on the carbs to shorten the throw.

Both Jake and I have used a center pull linkage.

This thread might give you some ideas- they are TWM's, from back when Jake was selling them.

Yeah, I'm either going to do that or make a plate that will mount on top of the bellcrank so that I can move the ball joint further from the center.

Thanks Dave for that post. I came across that post before I even started my install and it has helped me quite a bit!! BTW - I was able to get a pulley from Brad. Thanks again!!
