Full Version: Clutch/Pressure Plate Problem

It seems that my Sachs clutch and pressure plate are at odds with one another. The pressure plate mates up with the flywheel fine if the clutch is not installed, but when it's in place it's as if it's too thick.

Ideas?

You DO realize the disc is under substantial pressure until it's activated, right? Did you have the flywheel cut? The Cap'n

Yeah... It's cut. It just seems to be much harder to draw up than what I remember.

Anybody have the wear specs laying around for the flywheel? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the board...

I'm after the pressure plater mating surface to clutch face surface of the flywheel. I just want to be sure my flywheel is in spec there before I run these things up tight.
