When I pulled out the torsion bars to replace them with hollow 22mm. I guess I was not paying attention to how the adjustment caps go back on. So my question is---- the flapper thing on the adjustment cap that the screw goes in--- does that flapper thing go to the top or does it go to the bottom -- when you put the adjustment cap on to the torsion bar?
Hopefully somebody knows what I am trying to say!!!!
