There is a gratuitous pic of a 914 police car in the November issue. It is complete with a blue siren and green/white paint.
Anyone know who it might belong to? It was taken at a vintage event in Wisconsin, and the car is numbered 43.

I don't think the King would be caught dead in a green and white car. It would have to be Petty blue. Now the current driver of the 43 Petty car, Terry Labonte, is known to have driven a green car in the past! 
It's scares me that I am starting to know some of this NASCAR trivia.
