I bought this gauge a long time ago, and now I have some questions:

1) Will this fuel guage work with the sender that the 914 already came with? The back of the guage says 21/213

2) what is the "oil" gauge? pressure? tank level? temperature? back of the gauge says 38/437. can this be swapped with any other gauge like oil pressure or temp ( I am assuming it is a level gauge)

OK! A Pelican Parts search shows it IS a fuel/oil level gauge. PP cat. page

3) SO... can I get and replace the oil level gauge with a oil temp or pressure gauge? If I do that I can keep the "OIL" label on the gauge and it will look less cobbled together.

Just went through the same project. The fuel level will work fine with 914 sender. I had North Hollywood Speedometer change the oil level gauge with a voltmeter. North Hollywood Speedometer has aweb page . Get their phone number and call.
