Pulled up at my local speed shop today to book a chassis dyno run... look what was waiting for me at the curb
Thought It'd make a nice pic with both ends of the spectrum side by side
Maybe someday....

I'll second that...something about the slant nose and trying to look like a 911, I just don't care for the look. Then again, you know what they say about opinions...

NOT factory... it appears to be a DP 935 conversion from DP Motorsports

I've always been a sucker for those gold BBS wheels. any one ever fit them on a 914? i would love to see a picture! A neighbor of mine had a 930 like that in dallas... it was a hot car!

935DP
NOT an m404 option 911 slantnose. Those were only made in '89, and of that year- only, what, 150 total production?
The real ones looked MUCH better. The 935DP were kit-based and they all ended up looking like slugs. I don't like 'em. But the paint looks nice.

I should have clarified that I thought it looked like an "authentic 935 DP" if there is such a thing... all of the bodywork on the car has the "dp" on it and doesn't look like cheap knock off stuff. I thought it was cool 'cuz when I was in high school in the early eighties, these were uber-cool supercars on par with the Lamborghini Countach. Had several posters on the wall of the 935 dp.....
