Can anyone recommend a good machinist on Long Island in Nassau County.

I need to:
(1) resurface my fly wheel
(2) have my cylinders honed

Regarding my cylinders should I bite the bullet and just by a new set and bump the displacement to 2056? What are the implications of doing this on a stock 2.0 liter? My heads were just rebuild by HAM.

Thanks,
Dan

Daltech... not sure if they are still open... Guy was in poor health last year.

S&K could probably surface the flywheel...

Machine shops for Porshce/VW stuff are pretty scare on LI now

We have a place we are training to do 911 heads, but Im not comfortable recommending them yet.

We send alot of our machine work out west....

Closer to home is Verdon Tool and Die in NJ, but sit down and hold your wallet when the bill comes.
