I just bought a Blaupunkt Bahamas MP46 and a set of morphs 6.5" speaker pods with Blaupunkt 90W speakers. I am thinking about powering them with the head unit and getting one of these...

Any thoughts? What if I just powered one of morphs 6.5" sub boxes with the back two channels from the head unit? Useless? I could obviously get a small amp for the morph sub kick panel box, but the Blaupunkt powered sub looks pretty good...might even fit in the center console...all thoughts are appreciated! Merry Christmas

I'd like to hear it.

IIRC, Kenwood makes a similar sub with dual 8's.

I would like to know if there was a spot for a stealth install for that as well, and how it sounds!

.....try it and see, and let us know wink.gif

buddy of mine manages a Car Stereo shop,
I sent him your orginal post and asked him IF he had anything to sell You,
here is his reply:

> I have tubes nothin flat
> that box will make about the same amount of bass as a pair of 6x9's
> you should tell him to look into the poineer flat subs
> and a larger (wattage) amp
> with the top off he'll need more output
> we have the same problem in the lotus

good luck with whatever you purchase.
