I found some good automotive LED replacement bulbs at:
http://superbrightleds.com/tail-brake-turn.htmlhttp://www.ledtronics.com/markets/auto_index.htmhttp://www.lightlens.com/ledbulbs.htmIf I search online, it looks like the Porsche bulbs are 1156 and 1157 types which have common LED replacements.
In my experience, the replacement bulbs tend to be slightly brighter, but very directional. In other words, you get a bright round dot pointing backwards instead of light rays that fill up the whole tail-light area. Some of the more expensive bulbs get around this by shining LEDs out to the side as well.
Don't forget to get the LED that matches the color of the lens. If you have an orange turn signal, get an amber, not red LED.
Good Luck,
Tim
