Mentioned it to a buddy today....he said it was on the Discovery channel....said they had the guy who built it, show it running (loudly).

It needs to be air cooled. Maybe a Type 4 blower would be better.

It dosnt sound too loud to me. Found a Youtube video of it. I expected it to be louder.

It doesn't boast 400 hp- in fact only 25 or so. But it's throwing the snow 150ft.

With something like this, it wouldn't matter if the neighbors didn't like it. You could bury them.
