USe a small flat screwdriver and start at the end. Pry from the bottom edge to unhook it from the channel...then slowly keep prying it as you move towards the corner of the channel. Get the whole pieces bottom edge out then pull downwards to take the piece out.
also, the channel holding the seals is pinched in a few areas to prevent them from moving.
you need to un-pinch those first, otherwise the rubber will ripp ...
