measurements are 2.5 inches for each exhaust port - and about 4-5/8 inches between exhaust ports - i just assumed i had the right headers for a 2.0 six??

From the way you posted, it appears you are measuring between mounting bolt holes ..... Tube ID is what you want to measure ....

Just short of 1.5" (most likely carbon buildup)
