Oh, I thought this was going to link back into the"HOT CHICKS" thread... 
Looks like a modified stock bumper, like the 914-6GT used. Or a fiberglass copy thereof.

Really nice!
There was a nice GT clone at one of the West Coast Renegade Festivals that I went to (probably 95 or 96), and the owner went to the trouble of having a steel bumper modified and then plated. It looked sweet.
