I just got my gas tank back from the radiator shop being hot tanked (boiled out) and was told that the old sealant in the tank was pealing off. I think it might have been pealing off befor having it boiled out. At any rate I think the tank is toast. Anybody know how I can get the old sealant out or if it is even possible?
Cheers, Elliot

There's a good place in Modesto. If you don't wanna follow up on that lead, come on down! I'm pretty sure we have a good tank here. Mark would know better, but he's moving this weekend. I'll be there helping. Will you? The Cap'n

And that's why I'll never coat a 914 fuel tank.
