Figure If I'm changing pushrod tube seals I'm gonna have the oil out. Might as well switch to the Swepco 306 that has been sitting in my shop for a while.

Won a 20L bucket as a door prize at a P club event and never used it. Everyone said "Ohhh, no syn. oil in a 914. It'll leak.." or something. Cant remember exactly but the doom and gloom was forecast.

Now with the lack of consonant related additives, i think they are K an P, in more modern oils its recommended....but thats a whole other thread.

Anyhow, what do ya say. Dump and fill?

Swepco 306 is a dino oil, so no need to worry. If it's going to leak, it will regardless of syn or not :-)

Yep, swepco is a very high grade dino.
