Well? Anybody know what the difference is beside hundreds of dollars? Thanks to all who are more knowledgeable than me. Mark D.

The narrowband pretty much just tells you whether you are above or below stoich (14.7:1 AFR).
A wide band give a continuous range, usually from roughly 10:1 to 20:1.

The NBO2 tells you just barely enough info to keep a catalytic converter happy. It can tell you if you're richer or leaner than 14.7:1, but not how much. (Yeah, the gauges read in numbers, but they're lying.) You can use this to make small adjustments on-the-fly to keep the catalyst in its best operating zone. That's how OEMs use it.
The WBO2 tells you what your mixture actually is. You can actually use this one to tune with.
